From adjusting oversized rugs to modifying standard sizes to fit custom spaces, each alteration is evaluated individually to ensure the finished rug looks intentional and authentic.
Rug Reweaving

Rug reweaving is a highly specialized, labor-intensive repair used to restore areas of loss caused by wear, moth damage, or structural failure. It is not always the most practical or cost-effective solution, but when appropriate, proper reweaving can return a rug to a stable, usable condition while preserving its appearance and value.

In cases where reweaving makes sense, we carefully match materials, structure, and color. For example, when restoring vintage and antique rugs, we may use original or historically appropriate yarns to ensure the repaired areas blend naturally with the surrounding weave.
Our workshop maintains an extensive library of wool, cotton, and other natural fibers sourced through years of professional travel and trade, allowing us to make accurate, fiber-appropriate repairs.
Because reweaving directly affects a rug’s structure, it is evaluated and quoted individually based on the rug’s construction, extent of damage, and intended use.
